We know our team works hard to deliver a great experience to our guests, and it's important to us that they get to experience the other side of all that effort! The more the merrier, with tiered pricing for larger groups.
- Paid Training from Day One You get paid to learn. From your first shift, training time is compensated — because we want you focused on getting it right, not rushing through it.
- Paid Time Away After one year with PHG, employees are eligible for up to 4 paid days away from work at $150 per day. Built-in breathing room — time to reset, travel, or just step away without losing a paycheck. Request and approval required.
- Paid Mental Health Days Every employee receives 3 paid mental health days per calendar year, regardless of position. No justification required. We believe rest is part of doing great work.
- Flexible Scheduling We understand life is dynamic, and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs. Scheduling is built around your availability, with the mutual understanding that great hospitality requires a team that shows up ready.
- Wellness Program After 30 days, you're eligible for the PHG Wellness Program through our third-party partner — you'll have access to a primary care physician for free check-ups, plus affordable prescriptions, referrals, and blood work. There is a small fee for this, and we subsidize 50% of the monthly cost.
- $100 Employee Referral Bonus We believe great people know great people. Refer someone who joins the team and stays 60 days, and you receive $100 cash. No limit on referrals.
- Quarterly Conversations Every quarter, you sit down with your manager for a real conversation — what's working, what isn't, and what you need from us. Feedback goes both ways.
